I can see us moving down a max of 10 picks, but all the way down to 24 with a 2nd and 3rd round pick isn't going to do anything for us. Maybe trade down like 4 or 5 picks and pick up a 2nd Round pick as well.
The say he was passed out at an intersection, but they don't say if he was in the road or off to the side. They also didn't test him for a DUI and say nothing about him being high with Marijuana, just in possession. It also sounds like they had to dig to find the Marijuana, so it wasn't just in...
We aren't lacking any of those. Walter Jones is capable of going a few more years. We have youth at the Defensive End position and Seneca Wallace is very capable of being a great starter in the NFL. You just have to realize the Seahawks play in Southern Alaska. ;)
Plus, this Kyle Williams guy...
I find it funny how those who are so fortunate to have millions of dollars like to drive drunk, smoke marijuana and all that stuff. They should be thankful for what they have.
I also highly doubt the Seahawks are stupid enough to take an Offensive Tackle with the 4th pick in the draft. Teams usually don't waste their pick on developing a guy. They use that pick on a guy they know will start this season or at least play a lot. ;)
We don't need an Offensive Tackle so early. I see us picking up Jenkins or a Safety and maybe Crabtree if Ruskell believes he will make a bigger impact than what we need on defense.
I know Mora wants the team to be based on it's defense and have the offense just manage the game and don't turn...
I think that's good to get rid of the salary cap in the NFL, but maybe the MLB should consider it. The reason for Salary Caps is to keep teams from buying up all the talent, just like the Yankees are doing right now, but I don't think the NFL will be the same, especially with players more...
Detriot will still suck, but with a new QB and a leader on defense like Maualuga, they probably will win at least 4.
I agree with Bobflipaburger, this makes a LOT more sense. A WR isn't our strongest need, but if Crabtree is still available, why pass him up?
2 NFC West teams in the Super Bowl in the last 4 years = Worst Division?
I would have to agree that we have two crappy teams that are trying to rebuild (Rams/49ers), but I really don't think you can call any team a crappy team if they have to play the Seahawks 2 times a year. You're almost...
The NFC West has made it to the Super Bowl 2 out of the last 4 years, so I guess that can help make a division better, but unless we move to the East Coast, we will always be considered "bad" teams and will get no media attention whatsoever. Look at the Cowboys, they have a lot of "talent", but...
That SHOULD have been called for Pass Interference, but you can't go back and throw a flag or review it and call a flag on the play, just like plays that went against the Cardinals and favored the Eagles.
Let's just hope the Steelers don't get a bunch of bullshit calls in the Super Bowl this...
We can all get along if we see the main perspective that you should respect the Hawk's on a Seahawks-based forum. :)
...but yeah, the Seahawks use West Coast offense, Big Ben has a lot more deep players and a run game so you really can't compare Hasselbeck to him. ;)
Mora demonstrating how he gets through to his players by grabbing them around their neck and choking them.
Mora after seeing a picture of Tim Tebow's girlfriend.
Hasselbeck has had to play with less than spectacular WRs, RBs and Tight Ends. Steelers have Willie Parker, Hines Ward and a few other guys. You can't compare them.
Give Hasselbeck a good running game, 2 good WRs and a playbook that allows for the deep pass more often and you will be amazed...
