    Blades was great, and I was lucky enough to watch him with the Lions when I lived in Motown. His bro Brian did well for us too. (Still have his card!)

    Back on topic, I would have let Jennings go instead of Russell--easy decision to me. Jennings does not have the experience or creds of Russell. Bob's comment about Milloy having "a lot of experience with birthdays" was freakin' priceless!!! (May I borrow that line?) :D

    Getting rid of vets to be replaced with older vets, even if they're arguably better...I just hope we are not becoming the NFL elephants' graveyard.
