ESPNs Adam Schefter is reporting the Browns have tagged K Phil Dawson.

Jaguars placed their franchise tag on TE Mercedes Lewis.

The Raiders have placed their franchise tag on LB Kamerion Wimbley instead of TE Zach Miller.

The deadline has passed. Teams can NO longer use the tag. Seattle didn't use it or the transitional tag for the first time in 10-years.
