A sprained MCL didn’t knock Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald out for the final two quarters of a game against the Lions. But it has now knocked Fitzgerald out of two games, and counting. Fitzgerald is inactive for Sunday afternoon’s game at Atlanta. He suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain on November 16. Fitzgerald’s absence means…
