Then Vince Young, we saw what happened to him last year, got hurt and then lost his starting job... and then of course Favre, comes back and starts off having a legendary come back year, then ends up INJURING his bicep and just tanking down the stretch.
I believe in the Madden curse...
Re: Seahawks Free Agent Daily Reports
True dat.
He is a beast. The dude is built like a LB 6'5" 240 but ran a 4.38 40 at the combine... that's Deon Butler fast, but half a foot taller and 60lbs heavier.
Wish we had somebody on our roster like that. Kent is tall and fast... but.. as much as...
I think we have 3 very able RB's on our roster.
And if the zone blocking scheme works like it sounds it will, I think we will have no problem running the ball.
I say give JJ 15 to 20 touches a game, Duckett shortyardage/goal line and give Forsett a handful a game.
I have to say that as much...
I am not too worried about Boldin this year. Yes the man has some raw talent, but he was burning our beloved Kelly Jennings last year. Kelly couldn't cover me.
I think with a bigger, physical guy like Lucas, Boldin won't be the shinning star he was against us last year.

Re: Seahawks Free Agent Daily Reports
Dude and even a guy as talented as Welker didn't get much love in the league until he went to NE.
He was cut by his first team, then spent a couple years in Miama mainly as a special teams guy and later the 3rd WR.
It's an unfair bias just like the one...

That kid was a stud in College, but he gets no love in the NFL because he is a white WR.
Don't even try to deny it.
It is very emo... and very gay..
If you don't think that the image and caption aren't the definition of EMO... i really don't know what else to say.
I don't know man, I guess whatever, it's your life, you can have a sig of whatever you want...
But it's just a very stupid and 16 year one. IMHO
But how does that work? Can other teams not sign them?
For example, say I am a highly sought after rookie, who wants to go to a team different from the one that drafted him. So he talks to his agent to seek out a deal with the other team and agree that they will sign him after he doesn't...
I am just curious, how often do the big name rookie, not end up signing with the team that drafted them... if ever?
It seems like a lot of these big name rookies hold out for big $, but end up getting signed eventually.
Anybody read the article about TJ 'complaining' about his Madden 10 rating?

I think as always with the sports media, it's been taken way out of context. People in the media are desperate this time of year to find something...
