    People put too much stock into what Kiper and Mcshay say. This is exactly what Carroll and Schneider do, take a player with a unique skillset and find a way to make him succesfull.

    Welcome to the board! Lots of high praise on this guy and he fits perfectly as far as a need for this team. Still question whether he could have been had later or not, but Carroll and Schnedier draft differently than most teams so I'm ok with it as long as be produces.

    Speculation, you don't know other teams' boards. I'm warming up to the pick, there are a lot of positives being said about him. 4.4 speed off the edge is crazy.

    ...... dafuq? If you want Irvin trade down. Or you can get him in the 2nd then take Hightower or Decastro if you feel Irvin addresses your pass rush situation. I have no doubt he'll be productive, but he's only going to be a situational guy.
