I like Salk, but he is more of a baseball guy.

Apparently Flynn has barely even been able to practice: http://mynorthwest.com/?nid=577&a=9946908&p=&n=

And for the record, the closest I ever got to bashing Flynn was callling him average and saying he had a noodle arm. But right now, average sounds alright

Mike Salk has posted two articles in the past 12 or so hours about why we shouldn't even consider a QB change. And I kind of found myself disagreeing with every point he made. I'm not demanding that Flynn starts, but at this point I would really like to see just to see if he helps the offense...

EXACTLY. If anyone else was saying this crap I would juust brush it off like "clearly this dude is a moron who doesn't know football." Obviously, that isn't the case. So, why is Wilson a sign that the Mayan apocalypse is true?

I'd say there's no one better at evaulating defensive talent (especially in the secondary) than Caroll and Schneider, and whoever else has a hand in that stuff. Not as much on offense, but to be fair, they have spent a lot more picks on defense than on offense.

I remember Erickson, I was just really young when he was here. I was like 9 or 10 when Holmgren camme here.
  8. bobflipaburger

    Seahawks @ Rams

Did Erickson have to step in and totally gut the team? Serious question, a little before my time.

    Kind of. 94 logic.
  10. bobflipaburger

    Seahawks @ Rams

Nope, that won't happen because we don't have Holmgren (aka the coach god himself wishes he was)

Its this whole thing where they say this ridiculous crap and I disagree with not necesarily the idea, but the extreme nature of how its said... Then that makes me a supporter of directly the opposite of everything they say. Then they get this superiority complex where anyone who didn't agree...

That was a joke, not sure how that wasn't obvious. This whole arrogant know-it-all attitude you both have is so annoying. I've had it, really. Did you ever stop to think that maybe disagree with what you say doesn't mean that I'm completely against your entire platform? God damn, I wouldn't...

Fuck, fine let me bust open my Rational to Flynn Fanboy Dictionary: "Ruselll Wilson (aka Midget Satan Incarnate) will improve (improve is that thing Matt Flynn never had to do because he's always been perfect) because he couldn't possibly be worse!!"

"The Ewok" is a rookie (not using that as an excuse for how he's played) with a limited playbook, so as he plays more and the playbook opens up more he'll do nothing improve. Not to Aaron Rodgers MVP level, but he'll improve.

Rodgers isn't even making his own guys look good this year.
  17. bobflipaburger

I don't see why that's laughable... I actually do that.

Wilson should progress as the season goes. Not trying to be the eternal optimist, that's just a fact. Although from the mindset that we have 2 capable QBs, and the offense is struggling it would make sense just to see what the offense would look like with Flynn at the helm. They do run the risk...

It was an open competition. Wilson looked better in his opportunities. I will say that at the time the game against KC looked a lot more impressive because I thought that defense was a potential top 10 defense, but they haven't looked very good this year. On those grounds, it looked like the...

The INT to Baldwin was flukey, and I think Baldwin needs to catch that ball. But that was a bad play by Wilson.
