Golden has been taking the left over donuts from the top pot in the lobby of his building for some time now.
Apparently the owner knew and told Tate he could have them...
unfortunately for Tate the bakers were not informed so they called the cops.
its not a big deal.... and its a little bit funny.

And if anyone has ever worked at a bakery/cafe/dohnut shop knows that day old dohnuts get thrown out or donated to the homeless shelters anyways....

uh 1 am is when bakers start working usually so those were for that days sales. Those were freshly made donuts. That was why the bakers were there
