Many in the media have clowned on Kraps attire and his speaking ability. He dresses like he's trying to be a cool 15 year old in 1995.

I mean is he really that unintelligent? He grew up in an upper middle class family, went to college and he talks like he was drafted out of 11th grade in Detroit. (No offense to Detroit). I wonder if it's an act to be cool or he's just a moron.

Montana and Young must be rolling their eyes every time this guy steps to the podium. Comical...
