According to SI's Bucky Brooks, some Seahawks officials believe Bobby Engram's production has been inflated due to QB Matt Hasselbeck's belief in the veteran.
There's also speculation that the shift to a more balanced offense will diminish Engram's role. The Seahawks are expected to feature more power running game packages this ...

What a delima. This is the last person you want to piss off but at 35 is Engram worth a new 2-3 year contract? None the less Engram will make less then Branch this year and Branch wont even play half of the year.

So Mike Holmgren wants to use a committee at running back. Last season Holmgren said Shaun and Maurice Morris would split carries specifically the second half of the season. The second half of the season lead to a 80/20 at best "split carries" with SA seeing majority of the carries.
