    Kicker Olindo Mare has been Franchised Tagged by the Seahawks. Mare nailed a Seahawk record 21 consecutive kicks after missing two against the Chicago Bears. He was 24-for-26 in Field Goals this year and was a Pro Bowl alternative. He is guaranteed $2.629 with the tag.

    Not at all. I always was for using it instead of letting it go to waste. This way they have more time to work on a two-year deal and let's face it guys like Tapp and Burleson aren't worth the top 5 money values at their positions.
