Correct me if I'm wrong (seriously) but for Miller to come back for less he's have to be released and sign a new deal. I think he's in his last year and you can only move money around in a restructure and if there aren't years to move money into.... Am I wrong?
I've gone back and forth on Miller and I don't think they cut him. He'll be making $7 million compared to $12 million (I think) last year. That's still a little steep but he's too valuable to this offense. He's one of the best run blocking TE's in the game and this is still a run first team...
Big body WR. 6'5" 220ish
Former WSU and Blue Bombers QB Alex Brink on with Ian and Puckett on KJR right now. Played QB with Matthews in 2012. High praise from Brink. Hard worker. Has improved his route running. Great hands. He said "throw the ball up and he comes down with it EVERYTIME"...
I've been through like 5 drafts this year lol.
What I miss is being able to edit players positions to trade dirt for them. I'd change AJ Green to QB and then trade a 7th or a Steve Valos type 3rd string guard for him. Then switch him to WR. I'd do that all the time. They did away with...
I hope they bring Michael Robinson back. I think he was on a one year deal.
I know he's getting up there in age, but the dude can still lay a damn good block. He had a key block on that TD run by Lynch in XLVII.
We haven't seen enough of Michael to really make an assessment of what he is or isn't. He doesn't appear to have that power game but I could be wrong. He's 5'10" 220LB so he could pack a punch. Only time will tell.
The way this team is built, it's not too far from reality. These guys, from top to bottom, are a different breed.
It's our year, every year, until someone else takes our place.
Lynch will be 28 in April. He's two+ plus years shy of 30. Don't jump the gun. Even if he drops off at 30, if we get two more "beast mode" years out of him, that'll be fantastic.
Hasselbeck had significant drop off in 08-10 compared to his hay days in 05-07. As much as I loved the guy, and y'all know I did he was a shell of his former self.
If Lynch drops off, he's gone. I just don't see it happening anytime soon.
Lynch hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. He was huge in the playoffs. I see Lynch as the type of guy that will go hard until his body breaks down and he can no longer play.
I like Michael and he has potential to be great in this league but he's not Lynch. Michael is a one cut and burst...
Dude seriously. 10 inches around Portland/Vancouver yesterday and another 6-8 today/tonight. And people out here don't know how to drive in 2 inches of snow so it's worse than 2 feet of snow in Philly. Multiple fatalities yesterday on I5 because semis were slamming into cars and there was a...
Trade up into the top 15.... Do we really need our later picks? How many rookies from the 2013 class contributed? Our second round pick was inactive in the SB!
