A beat up and dis jointed Seahawks team has to find a way to win today against a scrappy rams team that has to smell blood in the water everything that's happened .

This is where team leaders need to step up and lead and Wilson has to take charge

Seahawks 24 rams 13

Looking like the Jim Mora Seahawks. At least they can't fall any further than this.

Wait till these calls get reviewed , I don't bitch about bad calls , but Austin waved his hand on that punt it's on film , and not reviewing that fumble recovery ???? Why

Lynchs TD run , that holding call ???? Makes me sick when clearly it changes the outcome of a game , better team lost today , gimmick ball and cheap shots .... The Jeff Fisher story

"better team lost today"

I'm not so sure the Seahawks are better than anybody right now, sorry to say. The way back all starts at the line of scrimmage. They've been outplayed every game so far this year at the line of scrimmage except for maybe the Packers game. It's becoming a real problem.
Zero sacks on defense and Wilson was dodging pressure all game, even during the comeback. Hats off to Wilson.

Hope they can build off that 2nd half and use that to turn the corner. Personnel is gonna continue to be a problem until they can get some guys back.

He didn't wave his hand. And it was reviewed. "Gimmick ball"….YES. "Cheap shots"…..NO. Seahawks got their asses beat. I told you spud the Rams are far better than their record shows. Thats without their starting QB and without their second best pass rusher for the season thus far.;) Fisher thoroughly out coached Petey and it isn't because of special teams. Fisher rope a doped Petey by deliberately denying Davis throwing down field until the 4th quarter. Punked Petey but good.

Wow BW a cogent appraisal of the game today. I agree. Wilson's mobility kept this game closer than the stats would suggest.

Kept the game closer than the stats would suggest? The Seahawks just about doubled up the Rams in every stat except the final score. Total yards, 3rd down conversions, ToP all heavily favored the Seahawks. I wouldn't go that far.
I'd say neither team is very good right now. Take a team like KC, Indy, GB, the Niners, several others would have most likely clobbered both teams today.
I don't know where the Rams go from here but they squeaked out a 2 point home win against a Seahawk team that's only a shell of what it was just a few weeks ago and I'd probably give credit where it's due: the special teams coach. He gambled the entire outcome of the game on executing a fake punt. He correctly played the odds that they'd have a better chance at executing the fake as opposed to punting the ball away and stopping Wilson on the ensuing possession. If they don't execute on that play, they'd have lost. If they'd have put the ball back in Wilson's hands for a final possession, they probably also would have lost. The fake was the best chance they had.

Wilson's scrambling did keep the game closer since the Rams D line more than handled your O line. Face it……your Seahawks were BEAT BY THE BETTER TEAM TODAY.:p

Fisher ran the play because he thought it would work and then knew his offense would move the ball down field against your defense……which the Rams did.

No, your champion Seahawks were beat by the better team.

Best moment was at the end for me watching Petey with his sad face on.

Yeah ok. Keep trying those trick ST plays and see how far that gets you. Flimflam might work for a little while but not for long.
If you want to go all apeshit over the Rams beating the Seahawks in the state they are in now, go ahead. I can see why, since the Rams have been nothing but a doormat for the last 15 years. But don't forget, the Rams are 2-4. They are still a bad team. A bad team that beat a bad team at home by 2. Not much to hang your hat on. But for a team as bad as the Rams are, I can see why a win like yesterday would feel like they just won the Super Bowl.

Gotta admit though, Wilson's substantially more than a "game manager" after all. What he did yesterday was really nothing new. Since he was the only bright spot in the game, he also dispelled the myth that he always rides on the defense and running game. Not always. Sometimes he's called upon to win games by himself. In those situations, the only thing that prevents him from doing it is when he doesn't have the ball, which the Rams were well aware of at the end of the game.

"Flimflam"? As in the Seahawks winning by Wilson throwing a game winning INT?:roflmao: Seahawks were BEAT. Beaten by a 4th string QB. Last year the Seahawks were outplayed in St. Louis by a back up QB.;) Such consistency shows how full of :poop: the "dynasty" talk is regarding the Seahawks. Overrated are the Seahawks.:p Enjoy it.

Without Wilson the Seahawks are a 5 win team.:roflmao:

yes, flimflam. Your "juggernaut" Rams team, whose only other win was another 2 point "blowout" against the tough and battle tested Tampa Bay Bucs, won the game on flimflam, a fake punt. You don't build a season on winning games with fake punts. Might get you by on a given Sunday when facing a team that's going through some issues and they are caught unaware but it's not sustainable. I'll be the first to go on record to say the Seahawks are bad right now. Peaks and valleys, upward and downward mobility. The Rams caught them at the right time, good for them. But if you think the Rams are the "better team", you better put the pipe down. Judging which team is better than the next takes more than just a 2 point win off a fake punt. Now if they finish the season ahead of the Seahawks in the standings, then you might have something.

Rams get blown out by the 49ers who get blown out by Denver who just lost 3 weeks ago to the Seahawks who just lost by 2 against the Rams. What's conclusive about that?

Your seriously bringing up shit that happened last year to make a point about a 2 point win this year ?

Outplayed ? Who gives a rats ass about outplayed , it's about wins and losses ? And last year we won it all and that garners respect from those who know better , not fools that talk shit .

That's why tomorrow your Rams will still be in the bottom tier and the Seahawks will still be in the top tier .
The medias job is make stories, the collapse of the Seahawks sells better then does being injury riddled , reality is the hawks were beat up , losing your fullback in warm ups ? , might fuck a run game up , don't you think ? The line , okung torn pect , some guy I didn't know we had , 3rd string center, a rookie guard ??? Yeah you took us to the wood shed all right , lol . That's why your coach opted to kick to us , he knew your mighty defense could stop us , just like they did on those 2-3 90 yard drives we had lol . I'm sure fisher explained he had more faith in the punter , then he did in the defense , lol

Think about where your team would be had that gamble not worked ? Far worse then what's being talked about in hawk land I can assure you that . What you didn't pay attention to was Wilsons 300 passing and over a 100 rushing yards , that's getting gashed homeboy , you can't win many games with that !

Oh and funny two seahawks were on that fumble , guess you got the honors of the " Fail Fumble " So I wouldn't talk to much about bad calls .

Wait, I thought Wilson was just along for the ride. The Seahawks won the SB in spite of Wilson, not because of him. "Shoot, my grandma could QB THAT team to a SB win." Isn't that what everyone's been saying all this time?

You conveniently forget the Rams thoroughly out played the Cowboys and should have won if not for the officials calling phantom penalties. The same Cowboys team that kicked the Seahawks ass. That is conclusive. And the Rams did it with a 4th string QB.
